In this Video Podcast my workflow for designing multi-use event spaces using Vectorworks Spotlight software is discussed . Watch Video Here My process prioritizes initial 3D animation without textures to quickly visualize space planning and furniture placement before focusing on details like lighting and texturing. My workflow is adaptable to different event scales, from small conferences to large concerts, by adjusting the level of detail in each design phase. These phases include layout, basic and advanced set design, lighting, audio/video elements, and final rendering. It is critical that your Technical Director be involved in this work flow early on as their input will help guide your initial layout decisions.
